Tzatziki Sauce is a fresh, light Mediterranean sauce made from Greek yogurt, finely diced cucumbers, dill and the Mediterranean staples of garlic, vinegar, olive oil and lemons. It has a mellow taste that everyone loves!
Tzatziki Sauce
This Mediterranean sauce is a staple for any food coming from that region: gyros, falafel, and my favorite Kebabs. The recipe is simple to follow and only takes 10 minutes to prepare and let chill until you are ready to serve as a sauce for your main dish or an appetizer dip for pita bread chips or naan.
Tzatziki Sauce and an upcoming recipe for Garlic Everything Bagel Hummus are the sauces I use with my Air Fryer Falafel and Kebab Chicken. I am excited to unfold all these recipes for a Mediterranean feast in your kitchen!
