Spicy Hawaiian Ham and Cheese Sliders Recipe

These Spicy Hawaiian Ham and Cheese Sliders are AMAZING! The fresh pineapple combined with the spicy mayo take these sliders to the next level. Make extra because they will disappear so fast.

Ingredients for Making Spicy Hawaiian Ham and Cheese Sliders:

Spicy Mayo:

  • Unsalted butter, melted
  • Mayonnaise
  • Dijon mustard
  • Brown sugar
  • Garlic powder
  • Siracha

The Sliders:

  • Slider Buns: King’s Hawaiian Sweet Rolls are my favorite slider buns because they are all attached. It’s easy to slice them all in half at once and then lift the tops off as one piece. Plus, they taste so good and are the perfect size.
  • Mayonnaise: Your favorite brand.
  • Deli ham slices and cheddar cheese slices: Thin slices are best.
  • Fresh pineapple: Definitely use fresh pineapple over canned. Slice the pineapple thin and slider bun size.
  • Poppy seeds: For the garnish before baking.
