- 5 Tablespoons (70.6g) plain Greek yogurt
Filling:
- 3 cups (750g) plain Greek yogurt
- 8 ounces (226g) mascarpone cheese (or softened cream cheese)
- 2 teaspoons Cornaby’s EZ Gel
- 2-3 Tablespoons honey according to taste
Fruit Topping:
- 6 ounces fresh strawberries
- 6 ounces fresh raspberries
- 6 ounces fresh blackberries or blueberries
Instructions
Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Using a food processor, crush Biscoff cookies and granola until well mixed and fine grained. Add yogurt and mix until combined.
