  • 1 cup (113g) no sugar added granola
  • 5 Tablespoons (70.6g) plain Greek yogurt

Filling:

  • 3 cups (750g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 8 ounces (226g) mascarpone cheese (or softened cream cheese)
  • 2 teaspoons Cornaby’s EZ Gel
  • 2-3 Tablespoons honey according to taste

Fruit Topping:

  • 6 ounces fresh strawberries
  • 6 ounces fresh raspberries
  • 6 ounces fresh blackberries or blueberries

Instructions
