Ingredients
⅓cupapple cider vinegar
⅓cupfresh squeezed lemon juice
1smallonionminced finely
¼cupWorcestershire sauce
¼cupmustard
¼teaspoonblack pepper
32ouncesketchup
½cupmolasses
1Tablespoonliquid smoke
Instructions
In a small-medium saucepan, cook vinegar, lemon juice, onion, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard until the onions are tender, about 2-3 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients. Stir and simmer for at least 1 hour.
